Introducing "Fast Contractions" mode which adds a session of fast squeezes and releases every three workouts. Also called "quick flicks" these exercises are recommended by Harvard Medical School and Oxford University.
- "Fast Contractions" mode is on by default but can be turned off from the Settings screen
Added "Discrete" mode which replaces the word Squeeze with the word by Breathe so if anyone sees your Mac screen they will assume you are using a Breathe app.
- Just tap on the Discrete Mode toggle on the Settings screen to turn on this mode
Enhanced Animations
- New and improved squeeze and relax animations and colors give the app it's own distinct look and feel!
